Terms of Service
Last updated: August 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Plandeline and the apps it hosts, including First Foods Tracker (together, the “Service”). By signing in and using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. The Service
Plandeline provides tools for tracking things in your life, starting with First Foods Tracker, for logging a baby’s first foods and reactions. The Service does not run its own database. Your data is stored as a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive, and Plandeline reads and writes to that Sheet on your behalf using access you grant through Google Sign-In.
2. Accounts & Google Sign-In
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to agree to these Terms. You sign in with your Google account. Plandeline requests only the Drive access needed to create and update the Sheets it manages for you (the drive.file scope), and never has access to the rest of your Drive. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we access and how it’s used. You’re responsible for keeping your Google account secure: anyone who can sign into it can access data the Service has created.
3. Your Data
You own your data. It lives in a Google Sheet in your Google Drive, not in a Plandeline-operated database. You can open, export, back up, share, or delete that Sheet at any time using Google Drive, independent of Plandeline. If you stop using the Service or your access is revoked, the Sheet remains in your Drive.
4. Purchases
Some apps, including First Foods Tracker, are a one-time purchase (currently $9) rather than a subscription. Payment unlocks the app for your account; there’s no recurring charge and no renewal. Prices may change for future purchases, but they don’t change what you’ve already bought.
5. Refunds
Email support@plandeline.com within 30 days of purchase to request a refund — no case to make. We’ll refund your purchase and turn off your access to the app it unlocked. Your Sheet, and everything you’ve logged in it, stays in your Google Drive; it was already yours, and a refund doesn’t touch it.
6. Acceptable Use
Don’t use the Service to violate any law, to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or to attempt to access another user’s data or account without authorization.
7. Intellectual Property
Plandeline and its logos, app names, and designs belong to Plandeline. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to that beyond what’s needed to use the Service. Content you create in your own Sheet (your logs, notes, and entries) remains yours.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Plandeline harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms, including claims arising from how you share a Sheet the Service created with someone else.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Plandeline isn’t a medical service and doesn’t provide medical advice; information in First Foods Tracker (including allergen flags) is for personal record-keeping only. Talk to a pediatrician or doctor about introducing foods and managing allergic reactions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plandeline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data stored in your own Google Drive or outages, downtime, or data loss on Google’s side of Drive or Sheets that are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, Plandeline’s total liability arising from your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time, and revoke Plandeline’s Drive access from your Google Account settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for use that violates these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and email every account holder about it. See our Privacy Policy for how that works. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
